My largest project
Driver's license practice tests for every state, in the language you think in.
I came to the United States as a newcomer and had to study for the written test like everyone else. The handbook was long, and practice sites gave answers without saying where they came from. So I built the tool I wanted: every state, every question checked against that state's own handbook, and an explanation in your language.
How it works
One state, one handbook
Each state gets its own pool of 450 to 550 questions, written against that state's official driver handbook. Rules differ between states, so questions are never copied from one state to another.
Every answer shows its source
Each question cites the handbook section it comes from, and every state page shows which handbook edition was used and when it was last checked.
Explained, not just marked
Every answer comes with a short explanation of the rule, in the learner's own language, so the reason sticks before the test.
Free, and it stays free
No payment and no paywall. Libraries and community groups can link to it or print from it.
What's inside
Who uses it
People preparing for their first US license, often while still learning English. Tulsa City-County Library in Oklahoma lists it as a resource for its patrons.
